Kelly Manley

Kelly is responsible for the firm’s multifamily development projects throughout the Carolinas including feasibility study, design, construction management, and ultimately sale. Prior to joining the firm in 2022, she was the Director of Development for a national multifamily development firm, where she led development execution in the Southeast region. 

Kelly has lived in the Southeast region since 2017. Kelly and her husband, Patrick, have two young children.
