Al Kelly

Al joined The Spectrum Companies in 2018. He is responsible for underwriting multifamily and office acquisition & development opportunities throughout the Carolinas and Florida. Select projects underwritten & capitalized projects include Vantage South End, The Murray, The Prospect, and Northside Center. Prior to joining Spectrum, he worked for 2 years in commercial real estate lending in the Carolinas. Al received his BA in Finance & Economics from Wofford College.
