Carly Hawkins

Ms. Hawkins is responsible for marketing across all service lines of commercial real estate.

She produces corporate and project marketing for The Spectrum Companies.  This includes creative business materials for office leasing and strategy oversight for commercial mixed-use and multifamily developments.  She combines 15 years of design and marketing experience with thoughtful strategies and market research.

Over the years, Ms. Hawkins has worked to rebrand 4 companies and execute new design standards.  Prior to this role, she was the Charlotte marketing lead for Cushman & Wakefield, producing offering memorandums, pitches, and in-depth leasing tools.

Ms. Hawkins is from the Finger Lakes area of New York.  She has lived in Charlotte for 13 years and loves being involved in the city’s growth and development story.
