JP Morgan acquired the 72-acre site in the rapidly expanding submarket of Cool Springs, TN, just 15 miles south of Downtown Nashville.
The Spectrum Solution
A Case Study in Excellence
Spectrum assisted in master-planning the site to include office, multi-family, parking decks, green space, and a 600-seat amphitheater for corporate events and gatherings.
Built in 2015 and 2017 respectively as speculative projects, our team pre-leased the buildings to 100% (One Franklin Park) and 90% (Two Franklin Park) prior to opening.
