J.D. McNeill

J.D. joined Spectrum Companies in 2014.  His responsibilities include managing our Raleigh office as well as providing investment and development services to equity partners, asset management firms, building owners, and land owners across the Research Triangle region.

J.D. leads the asset services team in assisting institutional owners and investors with lease-up and value enhancement of their properties. He currently oversees the marketing and leasing efforts for some of the area’s most notable assets.

Originally from Pinehurst, North Carolina, J.D. has lived in Raleigh since 2004.  He and his wife, Thea, have two sons, Leo and Perry. They enjoy being outdoors with their Golden Retriever, Snead. J.D. is an avid golfer and the 2016 and 2017 winner of the NC Four-Ball Championships and qualified for the 2017 US Mid-Amateur.
