Peter Conlin

Peter joined the Spectrum Leasing team in Raleigh following a distinguished career in the Boston market.  A seasoned broker, Peter provides strategic representation for property owners and landlords across a range of commercial asset types. Known for a disciplined, results-driven approach, Peter advises clients on leasing strategy, negotiations, and asset positioning to maximize occupancy, rental performance, and investment outcomes.

Previously, Peter held senior leadership positions with nationally recognized firms, including Colliers, Cushman & Wakefield, and CBRE/New England, where he was named Partner in 2015. Throughout his career, he has represented a wide range of sophisticated ownership groups and tenants, executing over $2 billion in real estate transactions across the office, life science, retail, and industrial sectors.

Originally from Boston, Peter relocated to Raleigh, NC, in 2025. A Skidmore College graduate and former captain of their Ice Hockey team, Peter was inducted into the Skidmore Athletic Hall of Fame in 2019. Outside of the office, Peter enjoys spending time with his 3 daughters and passionately supporting Boston’s sports teams.
