What the area has to offer

The nearly immediate access to I-77 provides an all-highway route to Uptown Charlotte (15 miles), Charlotte-Douglas International Airport (18 miles), and allows for quick access to I-85 and I-485.

Lake Norman is an “inland sea” with 520 miles of shoreline and a surface area of more than 32,475 acres. The lake provides excellent recreational activities with eight public boating access areas, over a dozen marinas and boating clubs, and two bank fishing areas.
